- Knights of Columbus: Msgr. Paul V. Heller Council 8393 meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month in the shared room of Our Lady of the Valley starting at 7:30 P.M.
- Finance Committee: Meets quarterly
- Parish Council: Meets quarterly
- CCD: Sundays 9:45 to 10:45 A.M.
- Confirmation Classes: Check with the Pastor.
- Baptisms: Baptisms are celebrated on Sundays at 1:00 P.M.

- Weddings: Couples planning to be married should contact the rectory at least six months before the planned date. All engaged couples are expected to take the Marriage Preparation Course.
